One of India's premier luxury salons is seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Hair Stylist to bring global artistry to our hair division.
We are looking for someone who can introduce advanced colouring and styling techniques while training and mentoring our in-house team to meet international standards.

Location: Blliis by Ravissant, New Friends Colony, New Delhi - 110025
Ideal Candidate Profile

• We are looking for someone with either nationality or experience working in any of the following countries: Paris, Dubai, the USA, Tokyo, Italy, the UK, or Spain

Tasks
Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creative direction for all hair services, setting global trends and introducing innovative techniques
• Train and upskill stylists in advanced colouring, cutting, and high-fashion styling
• Collaborate with management to develop exclusive looks and luxury service menus
• Maintain the highest standards of client experience and luxury service delivery

Requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile

• Nationality or experience working in any of the following countries: Paris, Dubai, the USA, Tokyo, Italy, the UK, or Spain.

Skills Required

• Advanced precision in cutting, innovative colouring techniques, and global styling trends
• Language: Fluent English (required for client communication and team training)
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities to guide and inspire a team
