The Sr. Guest Service Associate (F&B) plays a supervisory support role within the F&B team, ensuring smooth service operations, mentoring junior team members, and maintaining guest satisfaction. The position requires strong service skills, product knowledge, and a leadership mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support GSA team members during service.
Handle guest complaints or concerns efficiently and professionally.
Ensure service standards are met and exceeded consistently.
Assist in staff training, table allocation, and shift briefings.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure timely and accurate orders.
Maintain stock of service equipment and requisition as needed.
Monitor table turnovers and guest flow to optimize service.
Act as a liaison between guests and management for feedback.
Uphold hygiene, safety, and grooming standards at all times.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in F&B service.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Sound knowledge of restaurant service procedures and etiquette.
Ability to train and motivate a team.
Familiarity with POS and billing systems.
Good command over spoken English and other local languages.
