We're looking for a
senior, hands-on growth leader
who thrives at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and execution--someone who has helped AI or SaaS products move from early traction to repeatable, scalable growth.
The Role
This is a
hands-on, acquisition-focused leadership role

You will architect and drive Nature9's growth engine from the ground up--owning
Go-To-Market strategy, early Product-Market Fit validation, messaging, and acquisition systems
that scale.
You'll write the
growth marketing playbook
, run fast experiments across channels and verticals, and turn insights into repeatable growth motions. If a new vertical launches tomorrow, you know how to learn the audience quickly, test positioning, and launch smart, data-driven campaigns--fast.

What You'll Do
Own Growth & GTM
Define and own the
end-to-end acquisition strategy
across organic, paid, partnerships, and outbound channels.
Lead
GTM strategy and vertical-specific launches
, testing ICP, messaging, and pricing in real time.
Partner closely with founders and product to shape
positioning, narrative, and GTM motion
.
Build & Scale the Growth Engine
Create and continuously refine the
Growth Marketing Playbook
--experiments, frameworks, and systems that drive predictable growth.
Build scalable funnels from
first touch ? activation ? retention
.
Develop
referral loops, viral mechanics, and creative campaigns
that fuel organic adoption.
Optimize, Measure, Learn
Own and report on core growth metrics:
CAC, LTV, retention, funnel conversion
.
Analyse performance across channels, creatives, and verticals to identify scalable levers.
Use data to guide decisions--test, learn, iterate, repeat.
Always Be Experimenting
Launch and iterate on new channels, audiences, and narratives with speed and rigor.
Rapidly validate PMF through messaging, on boarding, and conversion experiments.
Move fast in ambiguity while maintaining clarity through metrics.
What You Bring
Must-Haves
6-10+ years
of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing at a high-growth tech company.
Proven success scaling
AI or SaaS products in the U.S. market
.
Strong expertise in
GTM strategy, PMF discovery, and B2B acquisition
.
Hands-on experience across
SEO, SEM, content, paid social, partnerships, and outbound
.
Deep understanding of growth metrics and how they map to
CAC and LTV
.
Strong analytical skills with tools like
GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker
, and CRMs such as
HubSpot
.
Comfortable operating in fast-moving start-ups with evolving processes.
Excellent storytelling skills--able to make complex AI products resonate with business users.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with
Product-Led Growth (PLG)
motions.
Familiarity with
no-code / low-code tools
for rapid experimentation.
Background in
CRO, UX/UI, or conversion-focused design
.
Experience marketing
AI platforms, enterprise SaaS, or deep-tech products

Exposure to U.S. enterprise buyers or strategic partnerships.
Knowledge of attribution modeling and marketing automation.
