Responsibilities

* Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies that align with the company's overall objectives. Focus on optimizing the customer journey and lifecycle through various marketing channels. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of growth marketers. Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation. Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital platforms (e.g., social media, email, PPC, SEO, content marketing). Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of growth initiatives. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies, improve ROI, and drive continuous improvement in marketing efforts. Develop and execute campaigns aimed at acquiring new customers. Utilize various channels and tactics, including paid media, organic growth strategies, partnerships, and more. Collaborate with the product and customer success teams to develop retention strategies, reducing churn and increasing customer lifetime value. Manage the growth marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize impact and ROI. Work closely with other departments such as product, sales, and analytics to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with broader company goals. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging marketing technologies. Implement best practices and innovative tactics to stay ahead of the competition. Provide regular reports to senior leadership on key metrics, campaign performance, and growth initiatives. Experience in managing ecommerce marketing. Required hands-on experience on ecommerce CMS platforms like Magento, Shopify, WordPress, etc. What qualifications you will need: Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Experience: 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role. Experience in a high-growth environment or startup is a plus. Skills: Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, HubSpot, etc.). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Experience with A/B testing and optimizing campaigns based on results. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and email marketing. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
