  • Experience in Shipping back office (FNA) industry
  • Managing multi - geo delivery team
  • Liaising with onshore / customer stakeholders at senior levels and build strong connects
  • Good Understanding of Quality Management System and Good Communication skills,
  • Excellent People Management Skills along with Feedback giving Skills and Ability to drive Quality Initiatives, Projects and Improvements,Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Background - 'End to End Processing' Conduct process documentation as per ISO standards Conduct & review sampling strategy in the team
  • Escalation Management and ensure SLA / KPI adherence
  • Drive & conduct process compliance, Periodic review of process volumes and capacity planning.
  • Conduct base lining & analyze CTQs
  • Conduct measurement system analysis.
  • Proficiency in MS office application, Power BI and GDS Dashboarding skills.
  • Experience in Handling Large Teams (150- 180 team members), along with AM's, DM's, TL's
  • Experience in Transitioning Processes from onshore/ Client Site and preparation of SOPs.
  • Process Discovery.Team-up with BBs / QAM's to be a co-facilitator of projects/initiativesDrive open forums/best practice sharing sessions
  • YB six sigma improvement project to be certified
  • Exposure to Oracle and SAP tools is an added advantage.
  • Successfully complete ISO training. Working on the product & helping the team to achieve deadlines. Provide timely reports, updates and system entries as required by the internal and external management. Understand and abide by the importance of discipline, punctuality & protocol Qualifications :Commerce Graduate / MBA Finance
