We are looking for an experienced and strategic

Senior Group HR Manager

to lead and oversee end-to-end HR operations across our

Peelamedu and Gandhipuram

branches. The role demands strong leadership in

Performance Management Systems (PMS), KRA/KPI frameworks, Employee Relations, and Grievance Handling

, ensuring consistency, compliance, and a high-performance culture across locations.

The ideal candidate will act as a key HR partner to management, drive people strategies, and strengthen employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Key Responsibilities



Lead and optimize the

Performance Management System (PMS)

, including design, implementation, and evaluation of

KRAs/KPIs

across departments. Serve as the primary point of contact for

employee relations and grievance management

, ensuring timely and fair resolution. Drive employee engagement, retention strategies, and organizational culture initiatives. Oversee HR operations across multiple branches, ensuring uniform HR policies and practices. Conduct regular branch visits to ensure compliance with HR standards and labor laws. Lead recruitment planning, onboarding, manpower budgeting, and workforce optimization. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies. Review and analyze HR MIS, attendance, leave, attrition, and performance reports. Advise leadership on HR strategies, employee performance, and organizational development. Mentor and guide HR team members, ensuring continuous improvement.

Key Requirements



Bachelor's or Master's degree in

HR, Business Administration, or related field

.

5-8 years

of progressive experience in

HR Generalist / HRBP / Managerial HR roles

. Strong expertise in

PMS, KRA/KPI frameworks, Employee Engagement, and IR/Grievance handling

. Sound knowledge of

Indian labor laws and statutory compliance

. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Willingness to travel regularly between branches.
