Role and Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and Create:
Design captivating and original visual content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), including banners, posts, infographics, and stories.
Web Design Elements:
Develop visually appealing graphics and banners for our website and other digital platforms, ensuring a consistent and creative brand experience.
Collaborate:
Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand campaign objectives and translate them into effective design solutions.
Stay Ahead:
Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and implement best practices in all design projects.
Maintain Quality:
Ensure all designs align with KUSH IT WORLD's brand identity and quality standards.
Candidate Profile:
Proven Experience:
Minimum 1+ years of professional experience as a graphics designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in social media and web design.
Technical Proficiency:
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools, including:
Figma
Canva
Adobe Illustrator
Web Development Skills:
Basic understanding and ability to work with HTML and CSS for web-based design implementation.
Creative Flair:
Strong artistic sense with an eye for detail, typography, and color theory.
Communication:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
Adaptability:
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
