Job Overview:

We are seeking a

Senior Graphic Designer

who is not only highly creative but also skilled in leveraging

AI-powered design tools

to produce high-quality visuals faster and smarter. The ideal candidate will lead design projects, mentor junior designers, and bring innovative ideas that combine design excellence with AI efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize, design, and deliver creatives for campaigns, branding, social media, websites, videos, and marketing collaterals. Utilize AI design tools (MidJourney, DALLE, Adobe Firefly, Runway, etc.) to create innovative visuals, explore ideas, and speed up workflows. Collaborate with marketing, content, and video teams to ensure cohesive campaign designs. Guide and mentor junior designers, review their work, and maintain quality standards. Stay updated on design trends, AI advancements, and new tools to bring innovation to the team. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Develop brand guidelines and ensure consistency across client campaigns. Create mockups, presentations, and pitch decks for client proposals.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field. 4-7 years of professional design experience (agency experience preferred). Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign design, social media creatives, and marketing materials. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro). Hands-on experience with

AI-based design tools

(e.g., MidJourney, DALLE, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Runway, etc.). Strong understanding of typography, layout, colors, and visual storytelling. Ability to balance creativity with functionality and performance. Good communication, leadership, and project management skills.
