Job Title: Senior Graphics Designer

Job Summary:

As a Senior Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for leading the creative direction of visual concepts that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers. You will work with a team of creative professionals to develop and execute designs for a variety of mediums, including digital and print media.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and design high-quality concepts for a variety of digital and print media, including social media, email marketing, web graphics, print ads, and more. Lead the creative direction and execution of designs, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and business objectives. Mentor and train junior designers to improve their skills and knowledge in graphic design. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Create designs that are visually appealing, on-brand, and optimized for user experience. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and digital marketing.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in graphic design or related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and techniques. Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDraw, Procreate, and Figma. Excellent communication skills and ability to lead and work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Knowledge of typography, color theory, and user experience principles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
