Key responsibilities

Develop and design:

Create visual concepts, layouts, and assets for various platforms like websites, social media, advertisements, and print materials (brochures, packaging).

Brand consistency:

Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all projects.

Collaboration:

Work with marketing, content, and other creative teams to understand project requirements and support campaigns.

Project management:

Manage multiple design projects, handle requests, and deliver final assets within deadlines.

File preparation:

Prepare final files for both web and print production.

Concept and feedback:

Present design concepts and revise work based on feedback from teams or clients.
Required skills and qualifications

Design software proficiency:

Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools.

Creative and technical skills:

Strong ability to translate complex ideas into compelling visuals, and skills in typography, layout, and color theory.

Communication:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and present ideas.

Organization:

Strong project and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Problem-solving:

Ability to solve problems by finding effective visual solutions.

Adaptability:

Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices
