We are looking for a highly creative and experienced

Senior Graphic Visualiser

to lead the conceptualisation and execution of high-quality visual designs across print, digital, and multimedia platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong visual storytelling ability, attention to detail, and the capability to translate creative briefs into compelling visual content.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualise, design, and execute visual solutions across brand, advertising, social media, digital, and print materials.


Collaborate closely with copywriters, and marketing teams to ensure visuals align with brand identity and communication strategy.


Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative ideation.


Translate strategic direction into high-quality design output.


Supervise and mentor junior designers, ensuring quality and consistency across all visual materials.


Stay current with design trends, techniques, tools, and best practices.


Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.


Present design concepts and rationales to internal stakeholders and clients.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.


5+ years of experience in a professional design role, ideally in an agency or fast-paced creative environment.


Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).


Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of work across branding, advertising, social media, and web.


Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.


Ability to take constructive feedback and adapt designs accordingly.


Motion graphics and video editing skills are a strong plus.


Strong communication, Presentation, leadership, and project management skills.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
