We are looking for Senior Graphic Specialist to join our team . This role will be based at our Atkins office in Bangalore. Communication & Verbal Skills: Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English. Ability to negotiate and deal with Project Managers across global regions daily. Able to deal and motivate staff and earn loyalty and respect. Able to define and articulate ideas with clarity. Education: Bachelor\'s Degree in Fine Arts (BFA) / Visual Communication / Graphic Design or equivalent Bachelor\'s Degree Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of professional experience of graphics and layout experience across a variety of digital and print media. Responsibilities: Follow creative direction and quality reviews from the Studio Manager and Global Creative Design team Ensure the quality, security and accessibility of all assets produced, engaging to ensure design review (quality control) occurs on all your projects before leaving the Creative Design team. Producing and exporting print and screen ready documents to tight timescales Producing timely accurate editorial design artwork from templates Creating polished design and layout work that support briefs and business objectives Delivering artwork that fits the brief and demonstrates design value, able to review design work for accuracy and quality Developing a friendly rapport with colleges in remote locations Look to evolve ways of working and create efficiencies with colleagues on projects Take responsibility to continually develop and learn new technical skills Complete timesheets accurately and on time Additional Requirements: Strong layout and typography skills Excellent communication and time management skills with an attention to detail. A passion for product, a \'customer first\' mindset, and for always exceeding expectations. Ability to maintain control and efficiency in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure. Supportive to junior team members giving direction as instructed, able to take direction from the Studio Manager and Creative Design/GTC Lead Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure Friendly approach and a team player A passionate, positive and collaborative team player, with the self-confidence and motivation to succeed. A flexible approach to your work and the ability to work as an effective member of a team. A creative thinker who is comfortable talking with clients to understand their ideas and bring them to life Enthusiastic driven and wanting to invest in Creative Design\'s vision and culture Experience or a demonstrable understanding of working with design, visualisation and digital teams to deliver innovative multi-discipline solutions Collaborative: Proactively engage with the design team and demonstrable experience where you have had to use initiative and collaborative working. Experience of working in a multinational consultancy People: Working within a team, supporting more junior team members as directed and learning from others. Financial: Working to set budgets and timescales. Able to assess results and draw conclusions/make recommendations. Physical: Responsible for care of all equipment, hardware and upkeep of tools Commercial: Understanding of commercial aspects of project/program management. Potential to support with costing and business development. Management: Able to report into Management and support leadership of projects and resource Good project management qualities would be beneficial Support in keeping the teams productive and be part of workload calls with management in Bangalore and UK teams. Where required, support Creative Design\'s business development.
