We are seeking a skilled and creative Senior Graphic Designer / Team Lead to join our dynamic team. This position requires someone with a strong creative vision, leadership experience, and a passion for producing impactful visuals. You will be responsible for designing engaging content and leading a team of graphic and video designers, ensuring the highest standards of creativity and efficiency in delivering all creative assets.

As a Senior Designer, you will work with a variety of design tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects, bringing ideas to life through digital campaigns, social media content, branding, and advertisements. Your role will also involve overseeing and guiding junior designers and video editors, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

:

Create visually appealing and innovative designs for digital campaigns, social media, branding, and advertisements. Lead and mentor the design team through every phase of the creative process--from concept to final execution. Provide creative direction and constructive feedback to junior designers and video editors. Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all visuals. Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and align designs with campaign goals. Review and approve final designs, ensuring quality standards and quick turnarounds. Stay updated on current design trends, social media practices, and digital marketing strategies. Manage team schedules, prioritise tasks, and ensure timely delivery of creative assets. Work closely with the video design team to maintain a cohesive visual identity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

:

Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced or agency environment. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects (basic video editing knowledge is a plus). Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of design styles and projects. Proven experience leading or mentoring a design team. Excellent communication, project management, and organisational skills. Ability to make creative decisions under tight deadlines and pressure. Willingness to work night shifts from the office.

This position is office-based and requires working night shifts. The role is a full-time, permanent position, with a competitive salary range of ?30,000 - ?50,000 per month.
