Job Description

Conceptualize, design, and execute creative assets for branding, marketing campaigns, packaging, events, and digital media. Work with various materials such as MDF, acrylic, vinyl, sunboard, and other substrates to create display and branding solutions. Oversee the entire design process from ideation to final delivery, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, production, sales) to understand requirements and translate them into effective designs. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Mentor and guide junior designers, reviewing their work to maintain high-quality standards. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas. Ensure all designs are production-ready and coordinate with vendors for print and fabrication accuracy.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.

5-7 years of professional experience

in graphic design (preferably in branding, advertising, or retail solutions). Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in

print, digital, and 3D design concepts.

Proficiency in design software: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects), CorelDRAW, and other relevant tools. Understanding of materials like MDF, acrylic, vinyl, sunboard, etc., for design execution. Excellent sense of visual storytelling, typography, color, and layout. Strong time-management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

Experience in 3D software (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, or similar). Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics. Previous experience in advertising/retail branding/print production companies.
