Key responsibilities

Creative leadership:

Lead the conceptualization and execution of high-impact visual projects across various platforms.

Brand management:

Maintain and evolve brand identity by creating consistent visuals for all touchpoints, from logos to social media graphics.

Project management:

Oversee the entire design process from initial brief to final delivery, managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Team mentorship:

Mentor junior designers, provide feedback on their work, and ensure the quality of all design output.

Cross-functional collaboration:

Work with marketing, content, and other teams to understand their needs and translate strategic objectives into compelling visuals.

Asset creation:

Develop a wide range of assets, including website layouts, social media content, presentations, annual reports, and print materials.

Video and motion graphics:

Some roles may require creating and editing video content and collaborating on projects that involve both design and video.
Required skills and qualifications

Experience:

Typically requires 3-5 or more years of professional experience in graphic design.

Software proficiency:
