Yes, we will ask the candidate to perform certain tasks like: brochure design, Social media post design and motion graphics design. We will be evaluating the candidate based on their Creativity, speed and skill.

Key Responsibilities:

Design high-quality graphics for social media, web, print, presentations, and internal branding by using tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, CorelDRAW, etc..

Create visual stories using tools like Photoshop, Canva, etc. Utilize AI-powered design tools to create and enhance visual content. Work closely with marketing and branding teams to execute creative campaigns. Adapt and localize content for various platforms while maintaining brand consistency. Stay up-to-date with design trends, templates, and best practices in AI-based creativity.

Skills & Requirements:

Mastery of graphic tools: Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, CorelDRAW.

Working knowledge of

AI-enhanced creative tools (image generation, background removal, style transfer, etc.

). A strong portfolio demonstrating

experience across social media creatives, banners, brochures, pitch decks, and corporate designs.

Sharp attention to detail, color theory, typography, and layout. Ability to manage multiple design requests with creativity and speed. The ideal candidates must have a keen

eye for detail, a creative mindset, and the ability to deliver high-impact visuals in a fast-paced environment.
