Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities:1. Creative Conceptualisation



Develop creative concepts, themes, and ideas for campaigns, branding, digital marketing, and events. Understand brand guidelines and ensure consistent visual identity across all platforms.

2. Graphic Design & Content Creation



Design high-quality creatives for social media, websites, brochures, menus, hoardings, ads, banners, and other marketing materials. Create logos, brand kits, mock-ups, packaging, and visual assets. Create presentations, templates, and digital layouts as required.

3. Video Editing & Motion Graphics



(If applicable)

Edit short videos, reels, and promotional content. Create basic motion graphics, animated titles, and transitions.

4. Social Media Creative Support



Work with the marketing team to produce engaging social media posts, stories, ads, and campaign creatives. Optimise visuals for each platform (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google).

5. Collaboration & Coordination



Collaborate with the digital marketing team, photographers, videographers, and marketing managers. Understand project briefs, campaign goals, and deliverables. Coordinate with printers, vendors, and agencies for final production.

6. Quality Control & Brand Consistency



Ensure all designs align with brand standards and quality expectations. Review and proof artwork before final release.

7. Project Management



Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Prioritise tasks and ensure timely delivery of all creatives.

8. Research & Innovation



Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices. Recommend fresh ideas, new styles, and improved creative processes.

Skills & Competencies Required:



Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects). Good understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and branding. Ability to create designs for both digital and print formats. Strong creativity, attention to detail, and visual storytelling skills. Excellent communication and time-management abilities. Experience working in hospitality, real estate, or agency setup is an added advantage.
