Role Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer & Video Editor with 3+ years of experience in producing high-quality visual content. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Canva, Figma, motion graphics, and video editing, with a strong understanding of modern design trends. This role involves developing engaging visuals for social media, presentations, UI/UX mockups, and video content while ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize and design high-quality social media creatives, banners, ads, presentations, and marketing collateral. Create video content, including editing, motion graphics, reels, animations, and promotional videos. Develop UI/UX mockups and wireframes using Figma in collaboration with product and tech teams. Ensure consistent brand identity across all visual communication materials. Generate creative ideas and visual concepts for social media campaigns and marketing initiatives. Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and strategy teams to deliver visually compelling assets. Stay updated on current design trends, social media formats, and industry standards. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines. Maintain an organized asset library of design files, templates, and video resources. Optimize designs based on performance metrics and feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field. Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in graphic design and video editing roles. Proficiency in Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), and other design tools. Strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, motion graphics, and video-editing projects. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout. Ability to translate creative briefs into visually appealing designs. Strong sense of aesthetics, creativity, and trend awareness. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with 2D animations, motion graphics, or advanced video editing. Familiarity with UI/UX frameworks and prototyping tools. Ability to create storyboards for video projects. Experience with brand strategy and visual identity developme
