Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and experienced

Senior Graphic Designer

with a strong background in

signage design

to

lead and manage our design team

. The ideal candidate will work on Key projects, oversee multiple projects, guide junior designers, and ensure high-quality design output for various signage projects including retail, corporate, and outdoor installations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage the design team, providing guidance, feedback, and performance support. Assign projects and monitor progress, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. Create & Review signage designs, ensuring alignment with client requirements. Collaborate with Project management team to coordinate design execution. Oversee the preparation of production-ready files and ensure technical accuracy for printing and installation. Maintain design standards, best practices, and workflows within the team. Stay updated on signage industry trends, materials, and production techniques. Conduct regular team meetings, reviews, and training sessions to foster growth and efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.

10+ years of experience in graphic design, with significant experience in signage design.

Strong proficiency in design software such as CorelDraw, Illustrator, Photoshop etc. Experience managing a design team and coordinating multiple projects. Knowledge of production processes, materials, and techniques for signage. Strong visual storytelling, typography, and conceptualization skills. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities. Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Experience:

Experience in

large-format printing, wayfinding, or environmental graphics

. Exposure to

American/International signage standards

. Familiarity with project management tools and team workflow optimization.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
