Role Overview

As a Senior Graphic Designer at Revopions Technologies, you will lead the design efforts for our marketing, branding, and product teams. You will conceptualize, create, and deliver visual assets that align with our business goals, maintain brand consistency, and communicate effectively across audiences. You will also mentor junior designers and collaborate cross-functionally with other teams (such as product, marketing, sales) to translate business objectives into compelling design.

Key Responsibilities

Lead conceptualization and execution of creative design projects, from brief to final production, for digital, print, and product design. HRBlade+2Digital Waffle+2 Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines, ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints. HRBlade Design marketing collaterals: brochures, banners, social media graphics, presentations, email campaigns, etc. HRBlade+1 Produce user interface graphics, icons, and visual assets for web and mobile platforms (if relevant). Mentor, review, and provide feedback to junior designers; guide them to improve their design skills and productivity. longlist.io Manage and prioritize multiple concurrent design projects, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards. Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field. Celarity 3-4 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably including a senior role. Digital Waffle Strong portfolio showcasing work across print, digital, branding, and possibly UI design. Manatal Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite -- Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (and other relevant tools). Manatal Excellent communication skills: ability to explain design ideas, take feedback, and present to stakeholders.
