Job Summary:
We are looking for a
Senior Graphic Designer
who can transform ideas into visually stunning designs that align with our brand identity. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of modern design trends, exceptional creativity, and the ability to lead projects from concept to completion while mentoring junior designers.
Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and design creative assets for
digital, print, and social media campaigns

Develop
brand visuals

marketing collaterals
,
presentations
,
banners
,
brochures
, and
product packaging
.
Collaborate closely with the
marketing, social media, and product teams
to ensure design consistency across all touchpoints.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design ideas.
Review and refine the work of junior designers to ensure quality and brand alignment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 3
years of professional experience
in graphic design (agency or in-house).
Proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Strong understanding of
typography, layout, color theory, and branding
.
Experience in
motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design
is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to
lead a small creative team
and work under tight deadlines.
