Senior Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Specialist

with

5+ years of hands-on experience

. This role requires an all-round professional capable of independently managing the complete digital presence of client brands--from design to digital campaigns.

The ideal candidate should be creative, technically strong, and confident in handling end-to-end social media and digital marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Create high-quality visual designs for digital and print platforms Design creatives for social media, ads, branding, and marketing campaigns Manage complete social media accounts (planning, posting, engagement, and growth) Create content (static, reels, videos, captions, and campaign ideas) Plan, execute, and optimize

Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads

and

Google Ads

Develop and maintain websites and landing pages Coordinate with clients and internal teams to deliver results-driven campaigns Ensure brand consistency across all platforms

Graphic Design Software Requirements:

Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Adobe InDesign Adobe After Effects / Premiere Pro (preferred) Canva (for quick-turnaround creatives)

Website & Digital Tools Experience:

WordPress Elementor / WPBakery Basic HTML & CSS knowledge (preferred) Website hosting, domain, and basic SEO understanding

Digital Marketing Skills:

Social Media Management (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) Content creation & content calendar planning Meta Ads Manager Google Ads (Search, Display, basic Performance Max) Basic analytics and reporting (Google Analytics, Meta Insights)

Requirements:

Minimum

5 years of relevant experience

Proven experience handling brands independently Strong creativity combined with analytical thinking Excellent communication and time management skills Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
