Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented

Senior Graphic Designer

to lead the visual design initiatives for our brand. The ideal candidate will have strong conceptual skills, a refined design aesthetic, and the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing and impactful designs across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize, design, and execute creative materials across digital, social media, web, and print. Lead and guide the design team to maintain consistency in brand identity and visual style. Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver engaging design solutions. Create visual assets such as banners, infographics, UI mockups, social media creatives, brochures, and presentations. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to keep our creative output fresh and competitive. Review and provide feedback on junior designers' work. Maintain brand guidelines and ensure adherence across all creative deliverables. Collaborate with external vendors, photographers, and printers when needed.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field. Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design (agency or in-house). Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, XD, etc.). Experience with digital design, UI/UX basics, and motion graphics is a plus. Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and composition. Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative projects. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to balance creativity with business objectives. Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with Figma or other prototyping tools. Experience in brand identity design and campaign development. Knowledge of video editing or animation is an added advantage. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
