Key Responsibilities:Creative Design & Branding
Lead the design and execution of high-quality visuals for digital (web, social, email, ads) and print (brochures, travel guides, event signage).
Develop and maintain brand guidelines; ensure consistency across all creative assets.
Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to develop creative campaign concepts.
Mentor and oversee junior designers and freelancers to ensure cohesive design output.
Art direct photography, video, and visual content for campaigns and social media.
Facebook Ads & Paid Media
Design static and animated creatives for
Facebook, Instagram, and Meta Ads Manager
campaigns.
Collaborate with the performance marketing team to align creative with ad objectives (awareness, traffic, conversions).
A/B test ad creatives, iterate based on performance metrics, and optimize for engagement and ROI.
Ensure all ad creatives meet Meta's advertising policies and technical specifications.
Analyze and report on creative performance across ad campaigns, providing insight for future iterations.
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in graphic design, including senior or lead roles.
Hands-on experience designing creatives for Facebook and Instagram ads.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); motion graphics and video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro) are a strong plus.
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and its creative placement formats (Stories, Reels, Carousel, Video, etc.).
Strong portfolio showcasing digital ad campaigns and visual storytelling in the travel/tourism or lifestyle sector.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Working knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and basic ad metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.).
Experience using Canva, Figma, or other collaborative design tools.
Knowledge of Google Ads display creatives or other social ad platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
Understanding of performance marketing strategy and customer journey funnels.
Passion for travel, tourism, and global cultural trends.
