Key Responsibilities
Conceptualize and design
high-impact creatives
for:
Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp, and other social platforms
E-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, D2C websites, etc.)
Create
intriguing, trend-driven, and viral-potential content
including:
Static posts, carousels, reels thumbnails, banners, ads, and promotions
Understand and apply
content formats that capture audience attention
within the first few seconds
Translate brand goals into
visual narratives
that increase engagement and conversions
Design creatives aligned with
brand identity, tone, and guidelines
Work independently from
idea to execution
, including:
Research, ideation, design, iteration, and final delivery
Collaborate with marketing, content, and performance teams to align creatives with campaigns
Continuously analyze creative performance and
improve designs based on insights
Stay updated with
social media trends, platform algorithms, and creative best practices
Required Skills & Experience
3-7+ years of experience as a
Graphic Designer
(preferably with strong social media and e-commerce exposure)
Proven ability to create
engaging and high-performing digital creatives
Strong understanding of:
Social media content trends
Virality mechanics
Audience psychology and attention triggers
Proficiency in design tools such as:
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
Canva (advanced usage)
Strong sense of
color, typography, composition, and layout
Experience designing creatives for
ads, marketplaces, and brand pages
Ability to work
independently with minimal supervision
Self-driven, proactive, and outcome-oriented mindset
