We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our expanding team of designers. As the senior graphic designer, you will oversee key projects and collaborate with clients to deliver visually compelling solutions. You'll be crucial in defining our creative direction while ensuring every project aligns with brand objectives and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

? Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support.

? Creative Direction: Define and oversee the execution of branding, identity design, packaging, and digital media projects.

? Project Oversight: Ensure all projects are delivered on time and exceed client expectations.

? Client Collaboration: Work directly with corporate clients to understand their creative needs and deliver tailored design solutions.

? Workflow Management: Streamline design workflows, establish creative guidelines, and maintain quality control.

Who We're Looking For

? Experience: 4- 5+ years in branding, packaging, and digital design with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.

? Technical Skills: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Motion graphics experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

? Leadership & Communication: Ability to manage a team, provide constructive feedback, and drive creative excellence.

? Client Management: Experience working with corporate brands and delivering solutions that align with their business goals.

? Strategic Thinking: Ability to execute designs, shape brand narratives, and contribute to Pixel Street's creative vision.
