Role Overview

O Hi is seeking a

Senior Graphic Designer

to lead and execute high-quality visual communication across digital platforms. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong creative execution skills who can maintain brand consistency while delivering impactful, performance-driven designs.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute

creative designs

for social media, digital campaigns, brand partnerships, and marketing initiatives Translate brand strategy into

consistent, high-impact visual assets

Design creatives for

reels, posts, stories, banners, ads, and promotional materials

Collaborate with

marketing, content, product, and growth teams

to ensure alignment across campaigns Maintain and evolve

brand guidelines

across platforms Review and improve design quality while meeting timelines and business objectives Mentor junior designers and support team development (if applicable)

Required Skills & Qualifications

4-7 years of experience in

graphic design

, preferably in

digital media, social platforms, startups, or agencies

Strong proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects/Motion is a plus) Proven experience in

social media creatives and performance marketing design

Strong understanding of

branding, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy

Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines Experience working with

brands, influencers, or entertainment-led platforms
