Requirements:

Proven Experience:

A minimum of 2 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.

Expertise:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as other relevant design and prototyping tools. Knowledge of animation and video editing is a plus.

Creativity:

A strong creative flair and the ability to think outside the box to develop unique and eye-catching designs.

Communication Skills:

Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey design concepts effectively.

Leadership:

Proven ability to lead and mentor junior designers.

Time Management:

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Attention to Detail:

Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Bachelor's Degree:

A bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field is preferred, but not required.

Portfolio:

A diverse portfolio that demonstrates your design skills and showcases your ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs.
