Senior Graphic Designer

for a full-time remote role. We're looking for an original thinker who leverages AI tools to create striking visuals that enhance brand narratives. This position is ideal for professionals who go beyond templates and thrive in a digitally progressive environment.

Primary Responsibilities

Develop original, high-impact design concepts aligned with brand and client objectives. Integrate AI tools to enhance design efficiency and push creative boundaries. Design diverse assets including digital ads, print materials, movie posters, and social media graphics. Create and evolve complete brand identity systems (logos, palettes, typography). Collaborate with marketing and client service teams to deliver exceptional visual outcomes. Present design concepts and articulate creative logic clearly to stakeholders. Stay updated on design trends, AI innovations, and emerging technologies. Handle multiple projects with precision, meeting tight deadlines consistently.

Primary Skills

Strong creative vision with a solid grasp of visual storytelling and aesthetics. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Practical experience with AI design tools and prompt engineering. Excellent English communication skills for client interaction and presentations. Deep understanding of brand systems and visual consistency. Ability to present and defend creative choices. Self-motivated with excellent time management in a remote work setting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field. Certifications or training in branding, digital design, or AI platforms are a plus. A professional portfolio demonstrating creativity and execution range is mandatory.

Experience

3-7 years of experience as a Graphic Designer in digital marketing or advertising. Proven expertise in creating visual identities and design systems. Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality, original designs across multiple formats.

Technical & Workspace Requirements

System: High-performance computer capable of handling advanced design and AI software. Internet: Stable high-speed internet connection. Workspace: Dedicated professional space with webcam, headset, and mic for virtual meetings. Readiness: Must be equipped to manage calls, screen sharing, and collaborative tools without interruptions.
