Collaborate with the content, marketing, and development teams to conceptualize and execute visual strategies.
Lead visual branding for clients from concept to completion.
Design pitch decks, brochures, banners, website assets, ad creatives, packaging, and more.
Maintain brand consistency across all projects.
Guide and mentor junior designers (if applicable).
Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies.
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and revisions (remotely).
Required Skills:
Advanced proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
, Figma, and Canva.
Strong portfolio showcasing branding, ad creatives, and marketing assets.
Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and composition.
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects or Premiere Pro) is a

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 4+ years of experience in graphic designing (preferably in an agency environment).
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
