We are seeking an experienced

Senior Graphic Designer / Team Lead

to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will bring strong design expertise, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for producing impactful visual content. Proficiency in

Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects

, and other key design tools is essential.

This position involves both hands-on design work and team leadership--guiding designers and video editors, maintaining creative quality, and ensuring smooth team workflow.

Key Responsibilities

Create visually compelling designs for digital campaigns, social media, branding, advertisements, and other marketing materials Lead and guide a team of graphic designers and video editors throughout the entire creative process Provide clear creative direction, constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to brand guidelines Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand project goals and deliver high-quality visuals Review, refine, and approve final deliverables with attention to detail and quick turnaround Monitor design trends and implement fresh, innovative ideas Coordinate team meetings, manage workloads, and ensure timely delivery of all creative assets Work closely with the video team to maintain a consistent visual identity across all media

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment Expert-level skills in

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects

(basic video knowledge is an added advantage) A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing creative design capabilities Experience in leading a team or mentoring junior designers Excellent communication, organisation, and project management skills Ability to make creative decisions confidently and work under pressure Must be willing to work

night shifts from the office
