Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to lead visual design projects and elevate our brand identity. The ideal candidate has strong design skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to mentor junior designers while delivering high-quality creative assets across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and execution of marketing creatives, branding materials, and campaigns Develop concepts, layouts, and visuals for digital, print, social media, and advertising Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to meet business goals Review and guide the work of junior designers Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field 4-7 years of professional graphic design experience Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and strategic design work Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred Skills

Experience with UI/UX or motion graphics Knowledge of Figma, After Effects, or video editing tools Experience working in agency or fast-paced environments
