Job Summary

The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for leading the conceptualization, design, and execution of high-quality creative assets across digital and print media. This role requires a strong creative vision, advanced design expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should demonstrate leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to transform ideas into visually compelling designs aligned with brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end design process for digital and print creatives, including social media graphics, brochures, presentations, website banners, ads, packaging, and branding materials. Conceptualize and develop innovative design ideas based on project briefs and marketing objectives. Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications and marketing collaterals. Collaborate with marketing, content, digital, and product teams to deliver compelling visual assets. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery with high creative standards. Guide junior designers and provide constructive feedback to improve design quality. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices. Review final layouts and suggest improvements as required. Coordinate with vendors, printers, and external agencies for creative production.

Skills & Competencies

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro). Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and branding. Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities. Experience in motion graphics or video editing is an added advantage. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams. Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field. Proven experience of 4+ years in a graphic design role, preferably in an agency or corporate environment. Portfolio showcasing high-quality, diverse design work is mandatory.
