We are seeking a highly creative and experienced

Senior Graphic Designer & Motion Designer

to lead the development of visually compelling static and motion-based creatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong design aesthetic, hands-on expertise in motion graphics, and the ability to translate brand and marketing goals into engaging visual content across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and execution of graphic and motion design projects Create high-quality static creatives for social media, ads, websites, presentations, and branding Design motion graphics, animations, reels, and short videos for digital campaigns Develop visual concepts aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives Collaborate with marketing, content, and performance teams for campaign execution Review and mentor junior designers, ensuring quality and consistency Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Ensure all creatives follow brand standards and visual consistency
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Communication, or related field 4-7 years of experience in graphic design with strong motion design expertise Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Strong command of After Effects and Premiere Pro Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and animation principles Ability to conceptualize ideas and execute them independently Strong communication and time-management skills
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Experience in digital marketing or creative agency environment Knowledge of UI/UX design principles Experience with 3D tools or advanced animation is a plus Understanding of social media trends and video formats
