About the role

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our team at a manufacturing company. You will

create on-brand visual content for marketing, product materials, social media and internal

communications. You will work closely with Project Managers and the Marketing & Communications

team, manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work.

Key details

Experience: 3-5 years in graphic design. Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (preferred). Location: Chakan, Pune, Maharashtra.

What you'll do (Responsibilities)

Produce visual assets for branding, social media, digital marketing, product collateral and presentations. Work with Project Managers to develop, monitor and revise project scopes, timelines and processes. Collaborate with marketing, communications and other departments to ensure consistent branding. Maintain brand guidelines and ensure all creative work follows corporate identity. Prepare simple motion graphics and edit short marketing videos (if applicable). Stay updated with design trends, tools and best practices. Experience working in fast-paced environments or manufacturing-related marketing.

Must-have skills and experience

Strong experience designing print collateral such as brochures, flyers, catalogues, Banners, magazines and other marketing materials. Strong portfolio showing work in branding, social media, digital marketing and product design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and seniority levels. Strong sense of typography, colours theory, layout and attention to detail.

Tools and technical skills

Essential: Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, InDesign, Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides. Also useful / frequently used: Canva, Figma. Nice to have: After Effects, Premiere Pro (motion graphics / video editing).
