We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our growing team. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing compelling visual content across digital platforms. This role demands expertise in Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, and Generative AI tools, combined with a keen eye for detail, storytelling, and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop high-quality static and motion graphics for social media, digital ads, marketing campaigns, and brand storytelling.

Lead the creative development of video content--from scripting and storyboarding to editing and post-production.

Utilize Generative AI tools to accelerate workflows, ideation, and content creation while maintaining a human touch in design aesthetics.

Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to bring ideas to life.

Oversee and maintain visual brand consistency across all creative outputs.

Manage multiple projects with fast turnaround times while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

Stay updated on design trends, AI advancements, and emerging creative tools to innovate and elevate content.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing.

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects.

Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway ML, Adobe Firefly, etc.).

Portfolio showcasing design range, motion graphics, and edited video work.

Excellent sense of timing, visual composition, and storytelling.

Ability to take creative direction and work independently or collaboratively.

Experience with 2D animation, Title Animation, Scene transitions, and motion graphics

Strong communication and time management skills.

Bonus Skills:

Experience working in fast-paced digital agencies or creative studios.

Familiarity with sound design, color grading, and basic 3D workflows.
