We're looking for a

Graphic Designer

to shape our visual identity across platforms--while using AI as a creative accelerator. This role offers the opportunity to

own end-to-end projects

, while also growing into a senior design leader within the team

What will you do at Fynd?

End-to-End Ownership:

Lead design projects from concept to execution--across campaigns, product assets, and brand communication

Design Craft:

Create high-quality, pixel-perfect visuals with strong attention to typography, layout, and brand consistency

AI as a Tool:

Leverage AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly, DALLE, ChatGPT) to brainstorm, prototype, and speed up workflows

Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver cohesive, impactful designs

Mentorship (Optional):

Support and guide junior designers where required, contributing to the growth of the team

Some specific Requirements:

4+ years of experience in visual/graphic design Strong portfolio showcasing typography, layout, branding, and illustration skills Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) and Figma Curiosity to explore AI as part of the design process Strong ownership mindset, communication, and collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within deadlines
