Senior Graphic and Brand Designer (Branding & Social Media)
We are looking for a Senior Graphic and Brand Designer who can take on the role of a creative lead, not just an executor. This position requires someone who understands branding at a strategic level, can set the visual direction for campaigns, and ensure design consistency across every touchpoint. From building brand identity systems to guiding social media content and creative campaigns, this role demands end-to-end ownership and the ability to think like a creative director.
Responsibilities:
Develop complete brand identity systems including logos, typography, colour palettes, and brand guidelines.
Set the overall creative direction for campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
Aware of all recent market trends and assess competitors by competitive analysis and positioning. Is constantly aware of new advancements in visual mediums and computer-assisted graphics programs; keeping self-abreast of the developments and utilizing developments to their fullest potential.
Design premium social media digital platforms, product graphics, social media graphics and banners, static and rich banner ads, email campaigns, email templates, animated visuals, etc. creatives while maintaining brand consistency.
Transform client content into effective designs, in collaboration with copywriters and Senior managers
Collaborate with the senior managers, motion designer, web developer, UI/UX designer and strategist to deliver unified campaigns.
Provide creative input during content planning, campaign brainstorming, and client pitches.
Use AI tools to speed up workflows, generate variations, and enhance creative output.
Research and apply global design trends, tailoring them to fit brand needs and market relevance.
Maintain a design library, templates, and brand systems for efficiency and scalability.
Provide creative direction to production and creative team and assist in strategizing the plan.
Incorporate changes recommended by the clients into the final design
Collaborate with stakeholders, thus ensuring designs are consistent across all online communications
Perform other job-related duties as assigned by direct manager
Required Skills & Tools
Core Skills
Strong experience in branding and campaign design with a professional portfolio.
Minimum 4-6 years of experience in graphic design, branding, and creative direction.
Deep understanding of design systems, typography, colour theory, and composition.
Ability to think conceptually and present creative ideas clearly.
