We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to help define and elevate the visual identity of the brand. This role involves creating premium, visually compelling designs across digital and print platforms, supporting marketing materials, product packaging, e-commerce, social media content, and advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will ensure that every visual element communicates a luxurious and ethical brand message, reflecting the high-end nature of the products.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design projects from initial concept to final execution, ensuring visual consistency across all materials.
• Create innovative and polished designs for digital and print media, including brochures, catalogs, email campaigns, social media graphics, website visuals, and digital ads.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to deliver visually impactful assets for both online and offline campaigns.
• Ensure all creative work aligns with the brands luxury positioning and showcases the elegance of lab-grown diamond jewelry.
• Develop engaging social media visuals for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest to enhance customer engagement.
• Partner with the product team to craft compelling imagery for product launches, seasonal lines, and new collections.
• Oversee the design and production of packaging, in-store displays, and other branded touchpoints.
• Maintain and evolve the brands visual identity and design guidelines.
• Mentor and review work from junior designers and freelance creatives, providing constructive feedback.
• Stay current with design trends, luxury branding aesthetics, and emerging technologies in digital and print design.

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in the luxury fashion or jewelry sector.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating refined, high-end designs for both print and digital formats.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design tools.
• Deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Experience in designing for e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and social media.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of luxury markets, jewelry trends, and sustainable fashion practices is a plus.
• A genuine passion for luxury design and the ethical movement of lab-grown diamonds.
