Role Summary
We are looking for a highly creative Senior Graphic Designer who can lead the visual direction of brands, strategize design concepts for marketing campaigns, and deliver high-quality digital creatives aligned with performance goals.
Key Responsibilities
Create visual content for social media ads, reels/post creatives, website banners, landing pages, emails, & digital campaigns
Lead design brainstorming and concept development with strategy & marketing team
Maintain brand consistency across all client projects & campaigns
Guide & mentor junior designers; review and approve creatives before publishing
Understand campaign objectives (traffic, leads, branding) and design accordingly
Prepare visually compelling presentations, case studies & pitch decks for clients
Stay updated on digital trends, design tools & competitor benchmarking
Work closely with copywriters, performance marketers, content creators & video team
Required Skills
Core Tools:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe After Effects / Premiere Pro (Motion knowledge is a plus)
Canva (Fast output speed)
Core Skills:
Understanding of brand identity & guidelines
Strong typography, visual composition & color theory
Able to create conversion-driven designs for ads
Creative thinking, ideation & storytelling ability
Eligibility
2+ years experience in a digital marketing or creative agency environment
Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media creatives, ads, packaging & motion work
Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple projects & handle pressure
Excellent communication & team collaboration
