Job Summary:

The Senior Graphic Designer at D Forge Studio, the creative studio of THiNC Digital Learning Pvt. Ltd., will be responsible for leading all our visual design projects across digital and print media. The role involves creating impactful visuals that align with THiNC's brand and marketing goals, while collaborating with the marketing and content teams to ensure consistent brand communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and oversee design concepts, layouts, and visual assets for campaigns, social media, print, and web.

- Maintain and evolve brand identity across all touchpoints.

- Supervise and mentor junior designers, providing feedback and creative direction.

- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize campaign visuals and storytelling.

- Manage multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality consistency.

- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand visuals fresh and competitive.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of full time experience in graphic design or a similar role.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).

- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative and high-quality design work.

- Excellent attention to detail, aesthetic sense, understanding of layout, typography, colour theory and communication skills.

- Experience in motion graphics, branding, or UI design is a plus.
