Job Description

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced

Senior Graphic Designer

to lead the design process across a range of digital and print media. The ideal candidate should be a conceptual thinker, trend-savvy, and capable of transforming briefs into compelling visual stories that align with our brand identity and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of design projects from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality output across all platforms. Design and develop visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, print materials, packaging, branding, and advertisements. Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure cohesive visual communication. Mentor and provide art direction to junior designers and interns. Maintain brand consistency while experimenting with fresh and innovative design styles. Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies. Review and improve design workflows, tools, and team efficiency. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines with attention to detail.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a professional design environment. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma or similar tools. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout. Excellent portfolio demonstrating diverse design work and creative problem-solving. Experience in motion graphics, UI/UX, or 3D design is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
