Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced

Senior Graphic Designer

to join our team. You will lead the design process from concept to execution across a wide range of digital and print projects. This role demands a strong eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to mentor junior designers while maintaining brand consistency and visual excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the creation of high-impact visuals for digital (social media, websites, ads, email campaigns) and print (brochures, posters, packaging, presentations). Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to translate business objectives into clear creative strategies and visuals. Ensure brand consistency and adherence to design guidelines across all touchpoints. Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high standards of design. Present design concepts and deliverables to internal stakeholders and clients. Provide direction, feedback, and mentorship to junior designers and interns. Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge. Participate in brainstorming and creative sessions to generate innovative ideas.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field. 5+ years of professional design experience, preferably in a senior or lead role. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across digital and print media. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and Figma. Experience with motion graphics, UI/UX, and video editing tools (like After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus. Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills. Strong project management skills and ability to work independently or with a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a fast-paced agency or startup environment. Knowledge of branding and marketing principles. Ability to give and receive constructive feedback. Familiarity with HTML/CSS and web design best practices is a bonus.
