Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented, and technically proficient

Senior Graphics Designer

to lead the visual design output for our organisation : Akshar Yoga Kendraa. The ideal candidate should possess a refined sense of aesthetics, a deep understanding of visual storytelling, and the ability to translate spiritual teachings and the Akshar Yoga brand into compelling, globally appealing visual designs and collaterals such as brochures, posters, catalogues, logo designing, book designing, course materials , banners, standees and so on - across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

Design Execution and Visual Storytelling:

Create premium-quality graphics, digital illustrations, and design assets that visually articulate the teachings, philosophy, and events of our Spiritual Leader. Develop branding materials, visual frameworks, and graphic narratives that align with the tone and values of Akshar Yoga Kendraa. Design for a wide range of formats including social media, web, print, presentations, publications, merchandise, and event branding.

Creative Strategy and Direction:

Collaborate with the creative, digital, and content teams to conceptualize visually engaging campaigns. Contribute to the overall design direction, ensuring cohesion across all brand touchpoints. Develop mood boards, style guides, and concept presentations for internal alignment and approval.

Digital & Multimedia Adaptation:

Design animated and motion-based visual assets using tools such as After Effects or Adobe Animate. Prepare optimized assets for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, web, etc.). Create short-form infographics, quote cards, reels-friendly designs, and carousel creatives.

Technical Excellence and Innovation:

Maintain high standards in design quality and consistency across all projects. Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and innovations in the creative space. Maintain an organized archive of editable design files and templates for efficient content reuse.

Requirements:

Proven experience (3+ years preferred) as a Senior Graphic Designer or similar role in a high-performing creative environment. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, XD/Figma). Strong portfolio showcasing digital design, branding, social media content, and storytelling through graphics. Ability to work collaboratively, handle multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines efficiently. Strong creative vision and adaptability to evolving needs of a global spiritual brand. Prior experience in yoga, spirituality, wellness, or influencer-driven content is an added advantage. Passion for spirituality, conscious living, and visual communication that serves a higher purpose. Experience in supervising or mentoring junior designers is a plus. Proficiency in Hindi Literature: It would be helpful if the candidate is proficient in typing Hindi literature on Video subtitles and Titles... This skill is preferred for creating content that resonates with our Hindi-speaking audience and expands our reach.
