Job Description

We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead and elevate our brand's visual identity. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-impact designs across digital and print platforms, mentoring junior designers, and collaborating closely with marketing, product, and other teams to deliver compelling visual communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design process from concept to final execution for campaigns, brand materials, social media, websites, and other marketing collateral. Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms. Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to create engaging visuals aligned with business goals. Oversee and review the work of junior designers, providing constructive feedback and mentorship. Create illustrations, infographics, and animations (if required) to support campaigns. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery without compromising quality. Liaise with external agencies, printers, and other vendors when necessary.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. 4-7 years of proven experience as a graphic designer, with at least 7 years in a senior or lead role. Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.). Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects across different media.

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
