Role Overview:

We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who is more than just technically skilled--you must have a sharp eye for luxury, a strong design philosophy, and the ability to shape a growing team. You'll work across high-end client accounts to develop refined, high-impact visual communication that aligns with brand narratives. As one of the senior creative voices at Collaboard, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of the design department and have a strong influence on the kind of creative team we build. You'll also be expected to introduce AI-enhanced workflows and grow into a vertical leadership role.

What You'll Do:

Lead the design vision and execution for multiple premium brands.
Conceptualize and create branding, social media layouts, campaigns, motion graphics, and packaging with exceptional detail.
Work closely with senior management, strategy, and social media teams to ensure visual consistency across all digital and offline channels.
Integrate AI design tools and workflows (such as image generation, layout assistance, motion design automation) to boost creativity and efficiency.
Mentor junior creatives and collaborate on establishing team culture, design benchmarks, and future hiring needs.
Stay ahead of global design trends, with a special focus on AI, UX, motion, and storytelling innovations.
Collaborate with content, video, and influencer teams to produce multimedia campaigns.
Who You Are:

5+ years of professional experience in graphic design with at least 2 years in a senior or team lead role.
Strong portfolio showcasing premium/luxury design work in branding, social, packaging, and motion graphics.
Deep aesthetic sense and an instinct for luxury, elegance, and minimalism.
Expert in Adobe Suite and Figma; familiarity with AI tools like Midjourney, Runway, or Adobe Firefly is a strong plus.
Excellent communicator, client-facing when needed, and comfortable collaborating cross-functionally.
Entrepreneurial in nature--you enjoy building, leading, mentoring, and innovating.
Comfortable managing time, priorities, and multiple high-pressure deadlines.
What Sets You Apart:

Prior work with luxury, hospitality, or weddings.
Experience working in an agency setting with multi-disciplinary creative teams.
Technical understanding of video production, motion graphics, and digital platforms.
Awareness of UI/UX best practices and design ergonomics.
Additional Information:

This is an on-site position based in Gurugram.
Only applicants currently living in Delhi NCR will be considered. No relocation benefits provided.
