Job Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced

Senior Graphic Designer

to join our Digital Marketing team. The role will focus primarily on

graphic design (70%)

, with exposure to

UI/UX design (30%)

for digital platforms, or may be structured as

100% graphic design

based on the candidate's strengths. The ideal candidate will lead visual design initiatives and maintain high-quality creative standards across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Lead creative design projects from concept to final execution while ensuring brand consistency Create high-quality visual content for digital campaigns, social media, websites, presentations, brochures, and advertisements Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and web teams to achieve campaign and branding objectives Translate marketing strategies and briefs into compelling visual designs Contribute to UI/UX design for websites and landing pages (if applicable) Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Take ownership of brand visuals and uphold high design standards across all platforms
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field Minimum

5 years of hands-on experience

in graphic design Proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Working knowledge of

Figma or Adobe XD

(preferred) Strong portfolio showcasing creative and professional design work Ability to understand marketing requirements and translate them into effective visuals Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
Preferred Skills

Basic understanding of

UI/UX principles

Experience working in a

digital marketing agency or in-house marketing team

Exposure to

motion graphics or animations

(After Effects / Premiere Pro preferred)
