We are seeking a graphic designer with a keen eye for visual storytelling and a solid foundation in communication design. While rooted in the marketing team, this role will also contribute to branding, product, and digital efforts across the organization. From social media graphics and logos to brochures, posters, and branding systems, you'll be responsible for delivering impactful designs across both digital and print platforms.
The ideal candidate must have proven experience in graphic design, along with a portfolio that demonstrates a strong grasp of design principles, a refined sense of layout and typography, and the ability to turn brand strategy into visually engaging content. You should be proactive in exploring AI-powered tools and stay updated on the latest design trends and industry practices to elevate creative output continually.
Key Responsibilities:
Design for brand communication: logos, brochures, posters, packaging, and digital assets.
Create social media posts, campaign visuals, and marketing collateral aligned with brand strategy.
Develop and maintain visual guidelines for consistency across all teams.
Understand market context and audience psychology to create relevant and resonant designs.
Use AI-assisted tools to generate fresh ideas and improve workflow.
Stay updated with design tools, trends, and best practices.
Collaborate with product and dev teams on branding and UI visuals.
Skills & Tools:
Solid foundation in communication design and visual storytelling.
Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
Able to convert briefs into clear and engaging visuals.
Familiarity with motion graphics and basic video editing is a plus.
Experience with web graphics, icon systems, and brand guidelines.
