We are seeking a highly experienced and

talented Senior Graphic Designer

to join our vibrant creative team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, visionary self-starter with an exceptional portfolio that showcases advanced design expertise and a profound passion for impactful visual communication. In this pivotal role, you will lead the creation of compelling, high-impact graphics across various digital platforms, playing a crucial role in shaping our clients' brand success and mentoring junior designers.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development

of sophisticated visual content for social media campaigns, cutting-edge websites, comprehensive marketing collateral, and other diverse digital platforms.

Establish, maintain, and enforce

robust brand consistency across all design projects, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and elevating overall visual identity.

Collaborate closely with the marketing and strategy teams

to deeply understand project objectives, translating complex requirements into innovative, high-quality designs delivered within tight deadlines.

Conceptualize and produce visually stunning and strategically effective graphics

, including intricate illustrations, informative infographics, and dynamic animations (where applicable).

Oversee the management and organization of all design files and assets

, implementing best practices for version control and accessibility.

Stay at the forefront of industry trends, emerging design technologies, and best practices

, actively integrating new insights into our creative processes.

Leverage your advanced proficiency

in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) on your own laptop to execute projects with efficiency and excellence.

Drive brainstorming sessions

, contributing innovative ideas and strategic insights to enhance creative outcomes.

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers

, fostering their growth and ensuring high standards of design output.

Effectively manage and prioritize multiple complex projects

Requirements:

Minimum of 4+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer

, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity, demonstrated by a robust and diverse portfolio.

Expert-level proficiency

in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other relevant design software (e.g., Figma, Sketch).

Exceptional understanding of advanced design principles

Outstanding communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
