Key Responsibilities:
Design visuals for brochures, posters, banners, presentations, social media, websites, and event branding.
Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to produce creative content aligned with campaign goals.
Create infographics and illustrations to explain technical and educational concepts.
Design layouts and templates for newsletters, magazines, and reports.
Ensure visual consistency and adherence to AICRA's brand guidelines.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro). Minimum 5 years
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing is highly desirable.
Ability to conceptualize and design for diverse platforms (print, digital, social).
Creative thinking with attention to detail and accuracy.
